SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). International orders will be sent via USPS with a document location number for customs but not a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Shipping is calculated by weight and shipping destination.

Full price shoes and clothing items bought in store or online may be returned within 5 days of purchase date for Store Credit ONLY. Due to the limited quantities and demand of products, we are unable to offer exchanges for items returned.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor free and show no signs of wear. Items that appear worn, altered, have stains, or odors; includes smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant stains, pet hairs or any odor, etc. will not be accepted.
Shoes must be in original box, unworn and show no signs of wear.
All returned items must have original tags attached.
Store Credit will be applied in the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
When making a return, please include the original invoice and state why the item is being returned. Once we receive the returned item and it's approved for a return, an email will be sent to the email on file with a store credit code. The store credit code can be applied towards future purchases.
All jewelry, bralettes, camis, bandeaus, socks, hats, bags, watch bands and hair accessories are a FINAL SALE.
ALL GIFTS, including coffee cups, dish towels, boxed signs, bottle socks, koozies, wine bags, home decor, seasonal, journals, pens, etc. are a FINAL SALE.
Customized Items are a FINAL SALE.

If you receive an item that is defective, please send an email to email@example.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we aren't notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the defect in your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors and patterns of merchandise may vary due to the lighting when the items are photographed. These situations do not qualify as defects and will not be accepted for return.
